Logan
As Siamese twins, Eric and I got a whole lot of stuff in common. We share rooms, beds, showers and even got the same taste in ladies. Plus, our connection is telepathic. We can hear each other’s thoughts. But, it seems like there is one thing that ain’t shared between us–our opinion on Five.
“Just leave her be,” Eric says with his arms crossed behind his head. He doesn’t even seem to care that Five is unconscious on the floor before us. “If she fell and passed out, that’s on her. We don’t need to do anything.”
I growl and squat down. “Can’t you see that someone beat her, you asshole? This wasn’t just a normal fall.”
My brother still doesn’t look concerned. “So?”
I narrow my eyes. “So that’s our job. You and I are the only ones that get to bully this one,”
I glance down at Five again and sigh heavily. “She is our mate, you know.”
Eric snorts in disbelief, laughing as if I’ve said something crazy. “She is not!”
“Can’t you feel it?” I ask, nodding down at Five. “Her wolf is starting to awaken, and it’s calling to us.”
“I don’t feel anything,” Eric says. “Maybe she is only your mate? Regardless, it doesn’t matter,” my brother grins at me like the Cheshire Cat. “I’m going to marry Ada.”
“Ada is a terrible person,” I say in a cold tone. “And you know that as well.”
“She is strong.”

“But heartless,” I point out at the same time I shove my hands underneath Five to pick her up. “And if should go for Five.”

He laughs. “Five?” he shakes his head, laughing louder. “She is so weak that she doesn’t even have a wolf!”
Ignoring my brother, I look down at Five’s innocent face. Her pale skin is bruised, and she is bleeding… Will she heal if I lick her? I hope so. Poor thing… I might not like her, but no one deserves to be beaten up like this. If there is something I believe in, it’s karma and justice, and Five had done nothing to be beaten up like this.
I eye the ugly cut on her cheek and lower my head to use my tongue to lick her wound. As much as the taste of blood is awful, I force myself to stay against her skin until the wound
finally closes up.
Satisfied with my work, I smile before heading toward the stairs. Eric is staring at me, and I arch an eyebrow at her while carrying Five. “What?”
He shakes his head, disbelief written all over his features as he follows me. “Did you just
lick her?”
His visible disgust amuses me, and I smirk. “Do you have a problem with that?”
“Well, yeah?” he gestures at the unconscious woman. “She is an Omega.”
“Was,” I correct him and tighten my hold on Five. And then, just because I’m feeling devilish, I decide to stir up the water by saying something crazy. “Five will be the Luna of our pack once I marry her.” I have no intention of marrying her, but I want to see Eric’s
reaction, and it’s fucking priceless.
“What the fuck?!” he looks at me like I have grown a second head. “How can you even think of marrying a weak girl like her?! What is wrong with you?”

I laugh. “Maybe because she is carrying my pup,” I admit, and his face turns ghostly pale.
“That’s a lie,” he says with a shaking voice. “How can you even… How… I thought your hadn’t slept with her?!”
My lips twist into a mocking smile. “I haven’t. I’m just messing with you,” I cock my head to the side and smile at him with curious eyes. “But what if she is our mate? Her wolf hasn’t awakened yet, but once it does, she could turn out to be our mate. Perhaps that’s why we haven’t found our mate yet? We were always destined for Five?”
Eric looks at me like he would rather choose to rot in hell rather than be mates with Five, but his voice is back to normal when he says, “I doubt we are meant for the same girl. It would be great since we share everything, but…I suspect the moon goddess isn’t wicked enough to give us a girl to share. She probably doesn’t take our sexuality into consideration.”
I grin. “But what if she does?”
Eric narrows his eyes and then looks down at Five. “Then she wouldn’t pick that weakling
as our mate.”
laugh. “Fair enough.”
push him lightly with my elbow before walking up the stairs to Five’s room.
My wolf is feeling more and more excited with every step that I take, chanting inside me hat my mate is close. It makes me even more convinced that Five is going to be my fated nate…or our mate… I still don’t know whether or not Eric and I will have the same mate. I ope we do. I’ve never had a threesome in my entire life, but it would be more natural ince Eric and I share everything.

I sigh at myself. “Seriously?”

Five shivers again, and when I notice her goosebumps, I roll my eyes before shifting into my black wolf. I then lie down beside her, allowing her to curl up beside me to steal my body heat. She is still bruised and battered, and my instincts take over–I begin to lick her to help her heal.
I don’t know how long I keep going before the door opens, and I see Eric strolling inside
the room in his black wolf form.
I snort inwardly. “Well, well, well, look who is here. Are you lost?”
‘Shut up,‘ he growls and wanders even closer, eyes set on Five’s tiny little form. It makes
me curious.
“Worried about her?‘ I tease.
‘Fuck no,’ Eric grumbles, but like usual, his words and actions don’t match because he lies down to sandwich Five between our gigantic bodies. He then lowers his head, seeming to study Five’s injuries with a critical eye.
I laugh louder inside my head. ‘You’ve gone soft.’
‘So have you, you idiot,‘ Eric points out. ‘You’re protecting that weakling too.”
‘I am,‘ I am not afraid of admitting it and look down at Five. She mumbles something in
her sleep and then rolls into Eric. I lift my head. ‘She likes you, dude. Look at her cuddling
up to you like you’re her savior.’
Eric wrinkles his nose in disgust. It looks like he is about to growl at the tiny little werewolf, but then Five grips his black fur, and his face softens. Instead of growling, he

begins to lick her, and I snort inside my head..
‘I knew it!‘ I exclaim in triumph. ‘You care about her!”
Eric sighs. ‘Shut up…”

I grin wolfishly at my brother before looking at Five’s still form. She has gone silent now, most likely asleep. I quickly return to cleaning her body, committing to this strange feeling of possession and protectiveness. When the little one is completely healed, her breathing turns even, and her scent tells me she is no longer scared.
I smile to myself.
Five seems to understand that she is safe with us even though she is unconscious, and I curl up beside her and close my eyes, intent on protecting her until she wakes up. We can return to being enemies tomorrow, but today my brother and I will stay by her side.
I wonder who hurt her in the first place.
